Warranty

New lamps are covered by the one-year manufacturer’s warranty which covers defective parts, construction and power issues under proven, reasonable use. 

Gift returns or exchanges without proof of purchase are subject to shipping and handling costs. Gift replacements are refurbished items also covered under the manufacturer warranty. 

Out of warranty returns, parts and replacements are subject to shipping and handling fees. All out of warranty replacements are refurbished items covered under the manufacturer warranty. 

 

O’Bright will replace parts and lamps respectively to resolve issues related to construction and power within proven, reasonable use. If a return label is provided and not used within 15 days of being receiving the replacement items warranty will be voided and considered as-is. Returned warranty replacements due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address will be subject to a re-shipping fee of $20.00 for floor lamps and $15.00 for table lamps. All claims are subject to approval by O’Bright. 

 

Please note:

Purchases made on marketplace websites such as Amazon, Wayfair or Walmart may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30-days of the original purchase. Customers are encouraged to investigate these return options before placing a claim with O’Bright. 

 

Cosmetic damage is assessed case-by-case and may be eligible for a partial refund. Partial refunds are only issued in the event that there are proven minor cosmetic issues or an unresolved defect within 14 days of purchase, if the original issue could not be resolved by returning the lamp.   

 

Supporting photos or videos of damage should be clear in visibility, show a truthful representation of the issue and be submitted with the original claim which is subject to approval by O’Bright. 

 

Replacement parts and lamps are backed by a 3- month warranty.  If replacement parts are sent a return label will be provided for the original items to be returned to O’Bright including accessories. If a return label is not used within 15 days of being received the replacement warranty will be voided and the purchase is considered as-is.  Damaged or incorrect return items will not receive a refund. All claims are subject to approval by O’Bright.

 

Lightbulbs have a fixed two-year warranty.

Like new & good condition purchases

These purchases have a fixed three-month warranty under proven reasonable use. Cosmetic damage is not covered under this warranty. All replacements are subject to shipping and handling fees as these returns are considered voluntary.

To submit a warranty claim please provide the following information by sending us an email or by completing a contact form.

  • Amazon Order Number

  • Name, First & Last

  • Shipping address (street address, apt. or unit#, city, state, zip code)

  • Phone number (for delivery purposes only)

  • Detailed description of the issue (you may include a video or photo if applicable)

  • Photo of the bottom of the lamp

  • Returned warranty replacements due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address will be subject to a re-shipping fee of $20.00 for floor lamps and $15.00 for table lamps.

O’Bright- Cylinder LED Floor Lamp Wall Adapters for lamps purchased on or before 01/31/2023.

 

UPDATED WALL ADAPTERS WILL CORRECT ANY FLASHING OR BLINKING. 

 

REPLACEMENTS PROVIDED THROUGH O’BRIGHT. 

 

HAZARD:

 

Lamps that are flashing rapidly or blinking slowly are eligible to have the wall adapter replaced. Discontinue use and submit a warranty claim for a replacement adapter.
